Full Stack Developer (2 Positions)

Position Overview

Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) is seeking two qualified Full Stack Developers to join its development team. The selected candidates will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web and mobile applications supporting the university’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Develop front-end applications using Angular.
• Develop back-end services and RESTful APIs using .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• Design and manage databases (SQL Server or equivalent).
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Integrate new systems with existing university platforms.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance development, testing, and automation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full stack development.

Technical Skills

• Frontend: Angular
• Backend: .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Database: SQL Server or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flutter.
• Knowledge of Docker and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months (renewable based on performance)
• Work Mode: On-site (PPU – Hebron)
• Salary: As per university policy
